Hi, I’m Neina.

I write romance.

I grew up on CW teen dramas, butterfly clips, and the conviction that Beast gifting Belle a three-story library was the epitome of romantic gestures.

My novels pair instant attraction with a slow emotional burn, because while lust is fun, yearning is the best foreplay (Exhibit A: Matthew Macfadyen’s hand flex in 2005’s Pride and Prejudice).

Some of my favorite tropes to read (and write about) are:

  • Enemies to Lovers.
  • I am fighting my feelings and acting like an idiot.
  • Sadly, this room only has one bed.
  • Mouthy bluestockings and jaded rakes.
  • A novel that ends on a good grovel.

In my spare time, I am usually writing. Or reading. Or reading about writing. I also complain about the cold and collect recipes I’ll never cook.
